26/06/2008 - Festival Licence Approved
Excellent News! Our premises licence has been approved by Gosport Borough Council's Licensing Sub-Board. After a two-day hearing councillors voted in favour of the Festival going ahead and agreed a licence for up to 3000 persons to be present in our main arena at any one time. All our plans for a Music 'Big Top', circus, cinema, storytelling tent, stalls, bars, food outlets, free car parking and associated campsite and entertainment facilities have now got the green light. It's all systems go and with very healthy advance ticket sales it looks like being a great festival!
